Why Sunflowers?

Sunflowers have such a variety of meanings in different cultures, societies and mythology.

The sunflower is commonly known as a symbol of adoration and loyalty.  But in China, sunflowers are associated with long life, good fortune and vitality.  To Native American groups sunflowers represent the harvest, bounty and provisions.

The new age meaning of a Sunflower is faith and unconditional love.

More than anything, the sunflower surpasses all others in terms of its universal power to bring joy to people of all ages.

Let's bring long life and vitality to children around the world.  Let's help provide food, medicine and supplies to these families.  Let's make sure they feel unconditional love!
