After seeing “What The Health” on Netflix, I decided I wanted to give the plant-based lifestyle a try. I don’t really want to call it vegan because I feel like that word comes with a lot of negativity. So, plant-based it is. Today, I’m showing you what I eat in a day.
I my last recap of the week, I showed you guys this raisin nut bread that Eloïse made. She gave me the recipe and today, I am sharing it with you! It’s gluten free, healthy and super filling. You can also make a completely vegan version, so keep on reading if you’re getting hungry looking at these pictures! 😉
If you’ve read my last blog post, you know that I was a vegan for 6 days. And since I was getting bored of the normal all bran cereal, I decided to make some vegan crepes. So for all you vegans out there, this one’s for you! And if you’re not a vegan, this is also for you because they taste great and the only difference with real crepes is that I didn’t use eggs or butter or milk in this recipe. So let’s get baking!
I am currently filming the second episode of “6 Days Of …”, where I try something out for 6 days straight. This week, I’m trying out veganism. Basically, veganism is a lifestyle where you don’t consume products that originally come from animals. So no meat, no fish, no eggs, no butter, no milk and nothing with any of those ingredients in it. And so far, I haven’t cheated! Tomorrow, Saturday, is my last day. Let’s hope I do well.
