I’m officially done with college! I turned in my last assignment on Friday so it’s official, I’m graduating! The graduation ceremony isn’t until October, but it’s really over… How weird is that? I feel like these past three years have flown by so quickly. It’s like I started college only last year. For those of you who don’t know, I was studying broadcast journalism. So, what are my plans for next year?
Two weeks ago, I wrote about #ProjectSelfLove. Today, I’m giving you an update about how I’ve been doing, what I’ve been doing and I’m sharing with you my favorite breakfast smoothies!
I my last recap of the week, I showed you guys this raisin nut bread that Eloïse made. She gave me the recipe and today, I am sharing it with you! It’s gluten free, healthy and super filling. You can also make a completely vegan version, so keep on reading if you’re getting hungry looking at these pictures! 😉
If you’ve read my last blog post, you know that I was a vegan for 6 days. And since I was getting bored of the normal all bran cereal, I decided to make some vegan crepes. So for all you vegans out there, this one’s for you! And if you’re not a vegan, this is also for you because they taste great and the only difference with real crepes is that I didn’t use eggs or butter or milk in this recipe. So let’s get baking!
