I’ve been having a craving for something sweet for a few days now, so I thought I would make some chocolate chip muffins. I came by this muffin recipe in one of my parents’ cookbooks and the result was so good! Definitely worth trying out.
If you’ve read my last blog post, you know that I was a vegan for 6 days. And since I was getting bored of the normal all bran cereal, I decided to make some vegan crepes. So for all you vegans out there, this one’s for you! And if you’re not a vegan, this is also for you because they taste great and the only difference with real crepes is that I didn’t use eggs or butter or milk in this recipe. So let’s get baking!
I recently found a DIY Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup recipe! This is so easy to make! The only things you need are chocolate and peanut butter! Basically, you take a few cupcake liners, pour a layer of melted milk chocolate onto the bottom, add a little bit of peanut butter in the center (don’t press it down or it will come out at the bottom!) and pour over the remaining melted chocolate! Place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes and they are ready to eat! Enjoy!
