This banana bread recipe calls for 4 banana’s and sugar, but I used 6 smaller bananas and skipped the sugar altogether since the bananas were sweet enough. The result is the best banana bread I’ve ever had. BONUS: it’s completely plant-based! Here’s the recipe! It takes about 15 minutes to prepare and 35 minutes in the oven.
